Game-based learning · Education & guidance

Play delivers much more than a good time.

Through play and sport, we share messages, introduce professions and help young people understand themselves better to choose their path. Two programmes have proven it with thousands of students.

Why play?

Play reveals what grades don't show.

When we play, we dare, cooperate, handle pressure and make decisions. Skills that school rarely measures, but that matter for choosing a path and succeeding.

The problem

  • Young people's career guidance difficulties grow every year.
  • The choice of a field of study is often based on grades alone.
  • Many students know neither their abilities nor what suits them.

What we work on

  • Stress and time management during exams
  • Discovering future professions and the working world
  • Employability, in both the private and public sectors
  • Keeping several options open to avoid frustration

Programme 01 · Career guidance

Jeu m'oriente! Career guidance, differently.

A concept that blends playful activities, sports challenges and profile analysis to guide students according to their personality and talents, not just their grades.

  • Serious game olympicsThinking, challenges and strategy to reveal how each person decides, cooperates and reacts.
  • A proprietary profile analysisOur coaches observe the games and combine several tools to map out each student's profile.
  • A personalised reportEvery participant leaves with guidance recommendations tailored to their profile.
  • Meeting the working worldDiscovering professions and study programmes, talking with professionals and certified coaches.

2022 : more than 20 schools in the Rabat region and more than 1,500 students. A scientific paper on the approach is in preparation.

The programme on video

Uncovering each student's true profile.

Mohamed Amine Bennis presents the approach during career guidance workshops held at a school: questionnaires, games and challenges to understand what each student wants to do, in Morocco or abroad, in the public or private sector.

“Everyone discovered qualities they didn't know they had: team spirit, communication, time management and working under pressure.”A student, after the workshops

Our approach

Play, observe, guide.

A method of our own, refined since 2022 with thousands of students: play puts everyone in a real situation, our coaches observe, and every participant leaves with personalised feedback on their profile and possible paths forward.

The end goal · 2027 pilot

JISR, from knowledge to action.

JISR means “the bridge” in Arabic. It is the culmination of our approach: after finding their path through play and revealing themselves through sport, students move into action. Immersive simulations, business games, sports challenges and hackathons put them in front of real company problems, to turn their knowledge into concrete solutions.

Pilot lab in 2027 at École High-Tech, with partner companies. Knowledge is no longer enough: you have to know how to act.
